UL・CE compliant compact lightweight energy-saving transformer

A compact and lightweight NCW transformer has been made compliant with UL and CE marking.

Our unique iron core winding technology allows for a compact and lightweight design, achieving less than 70% of the size of conventional transformers. Additionally, by significantly reducing no-load standby current due to high efficiency, we have realized energy savings. This greatly contributes to reducing operating costs and saving space. *Addendum on November 26, 2021* We sincerely appreciate your continued patronage. Regarding our transformer products (NCW/KBSW), we have been experiencing delays in the arrival of components due to shortages of raw materials from various suppliers, and the situation has worsened. We have been taking measures to secure component inventory for stable supply, but it has now become difficult to cover delivery times. The delivery dates are currently "undetermined." We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please note that the components used and their availability may vary by product, and we will provide individual updates accordingly. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Energy-saving transformer

I have ideas for energy saving.

Top runner transformers are subject to regulations that mandate transformer manufacturers to switch to these models, and users are required to consider their adoption. Therefore, many factories are progressing with the replacement of transformers along with the transition to top runner transformers. In factories, this mainly applies to high-voltage distribution equipment (single-phase 10kVA and above), but transformers used in low-voltage distribution equipment (below 10kVA) within the same factory fall outside the scope of this regulation. The "energy-saving transformer" supports energy-saving activities for low-voltage distribution equipment (such as distribution boards, control panels, and sub-distribution boards).
